  • Ensuring data entered into the platform is accurate and lawful.
  • Managing access permissions for your staff and users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to:

  • Interfere with platform performance or security.
  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable and may be updated with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Scoreline and its content, features, and software are owned by Scoreline or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform under these terms.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scoreline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
