Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scoreline sells time-slot reservationsfor sports courts — a service, not physical goods. As there is nothing to ship or return, the usual concept of a “return” does not apply; instead, this policy covers cancellations and refunds of booking payments.

You can cancel a booking from My Bookings in your account, or by contacting our support team at support@scorelineofficial.com / +92 322 0448040.

• Cancel early (recommended): bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booked slot are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
• Late cancellation or no-show: cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot, or failure to attend, are generally not refundable, as the slot is held exclusively for you.
• Venue cancellation / unavailable slot: if a venue cancels, or a confirmed slot cannot be honoured (e.g. double-booking or facility closure), you receive a full refund.
• Payment errors: duplicate charges or amounts billed in error are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Safepay. Once processed, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Refunds are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); we are not responsible for any currency-conversion or bank charges applied by your card issuer.

If a booking that earned or redeemed Scoreline reward credit is refunded, the associated reward credit is reversed accordingly.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or your booking was not honoured, please contact us first at support@scorelineofficial.com before raising a dispute with your bank — we aim to resolve refund requests quickly and fairly.
