Season Free-Hour Partner Terms

You choose how many free hours a Season you offer, on which days and within which hours. A player with a free-hour reward can use one at checkout: a booking that starts in your window with a full 60 minutes left gets one hour's share of its price off. Commission applies only to what the player pays. If the booking is cancelled, the hour comes back to both of you.

• A "Free hour" tag on your venue card and page while a Season runs in your country, and a place on every player's Season page.
• Players can filter for venues with free hours left.
• A free sponsored slot for 30 days when you switch it on (at most once every 90 days).
• 25% off any placement you buy while you're a partner.

Your normal search ranking is not changed by being a partner.

You can change or pause your offer any time from Marketplace → Season free hours. Hours already claimed by players are still honoured.
